Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with vital signs, such as taking temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, including transfers from bed to chair or wheelchair
  • Deliver resident-centered care, prioritizing each resident's unique needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, including documentation in the medical record

Requirements:
