Assistant Director of Major Gifts & Civic Leadership Growth

The Boston Foundation seeks an Assistant Director of Leadership Giving to work with a dedicated team of gift officers to reach revenue goals for our fundraising priorities. The role requires a donor-oriented approach to identify, cultivate, solicit, and close major gifts within a coordinated moves management system. It also oversees the strategic growth and management of the Annual Campaign for Civic Leadership.
