Work Environment: This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while delivering vital mental health services. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technologies to ensure seamless communication and support for both counselors and clients. You will have access to relevant software systems for electronic medical records (EMR), which streamlines documentation and enhances patient-care coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Your role as an LCPC will include the following: Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments of patients to identify personal needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at symptom resolution and improved functioning. Provide a range of psychotherapy modalities including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions tailored to specific client requirements. Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied health professionals within our multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment strategies and participate in program planning. Deliver crisis intervention services and conduct triage evaluations for patients undergoing acute mental health issues as part of a coordinated care approach. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and agency policies, maintaining high ethical standards throughout your practice. Patient Population / Client FocusAs part of our practice, you will serve a varied patient demographic, from children and families to adults dealing with trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Our goal is to foster a safe and welcoming environment for all clients, allowing for open communication and effective therapy that meets their unique needs.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies to track patient care and outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards associated with counseling practices.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have:
  • Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse.

Compensation and Benefits: This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
