Key Responsibilities: In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for: Managing a caseload of clients and fostering strong rapport to build trust and enable positive therapeutic relationships. Conducting regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, discuss stability, and address discharge planning when appropriate. Developing, implementing, and evaluating person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adapting strategies as necessary for effective outcomes. Maintaining thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, to ensure compliance and effective tracking of client progress. Performing intake assessments to identify client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions. Facilitating individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide therapy. Engaging in supervision sessions to foster professional development and growth. Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and treatment support. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates must possess: A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field. Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and other telehealth technologies.

  • Hands-on experience providing direct therapy services to individuals and families with diverse backgrounds.
  • Comfort and familiarity with performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans to meet varied client needs.
