Your new role As the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll drive constructibility, quality, and consistency across projects from pre-construction through execution. You will: Lead constructibility reviews with a focus on building envelope and high-risk scopes Partner with preconstruction, design teams, consultants, and field teams to align best practices Facilitate design coordination and QA review meetings Identify risks early and drive practical, buildable solutions Support smooth handoff from preconstruction to operations Promote and uphold company-wide quality and safety standards What you'll need to succeed 7+ years of construction experience, with a strong QA/QC or field background Expertise in building envelope, systems, and constructibility Proven ability to review drawings and identify risk, gaps, and solutions Experience collaborating with design teams, consultants, and field leadership Strong understanding of codes, specs, and construction methods Clear communicator with the ability to influence across teams Experience with Procore or similar platforms preferred What you'll get in return$145K-$160k base (DOE)Auto allowance Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with employer matchPTO + paid holidays You'll also gain: Exposure to high-profile, complex projects across the Bay Area Opportunity to influence quality standards across multiple builds A collaborative environment with strong leadership and mentorship Long-term career growth within a stable, well-respected contractor What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume or call us now.
