Qualifications: No healthcare certification is required, but CNA, HHA, or 6 months plus caring for geriatric, chronically ill, or disabled persons preferred Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by the state) Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance Ability to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts A compassionate heart for older adults Must possess excellent communication skills Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
