Account Coordinator

About the role: You’ll help the account team turn client requests into well-prepared recommendations, quotes, and approved orders. Working with an Account Manager, you’ll keep the details accurate and the next step moving. The Production team takes ownership of supplier execution after accepting the handoff.

What you’ll do: Research products and suppliers against a client brief, including brand fit, pricing, availability, and timing. Build product presentations and prepare quote information for Account Manager review. Coordinate sample requests and track questions, feedback, and revisions. Keep specifications, artwork versions, quantities, addresses, and deadlines accurate in the project record. Follow up on outstanding information and approvals, and communicate clearly with clients under the Account Manager’s direction. Assemble the approved specifications, pricing, artwork, and other records needed for Production’s handoff review. Flag missing information or conflicting details early and help resolve them before they delay the order. What you’ll bring Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize several requests at once. Clear, helpful communication and dependable follow-through. Comfort with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and learning new systems. Interest in merchandise, brands, and researching products that fit a specific need. Experience supporting clients, sales, projects, retail operations, or events is helpful; promotional products knowledge is a plus.

What success looks like: Recommendations and quotes are accurate, revisions are easy to follow, and approvals are recorded.
