Goosmann Law Firm seeks an experienced Senior Counsel – Business Attorney to join its corporate and transactional practice in Omaha, Nebraska. This full-time, in-person role targets attorneys with a strong private-practice background who enjoy advising closely held and middle-market businesses. You will advise on succession planning, ownership transitions, governance, and mergers & acquisitions, while mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating across practice areas.
