Fabrication Operator - Enclosures | Stock Purchase Plan

nVent is seeking a production fabrication associate to support the manufacturing of electrical/electronic enclosures at our Minnesota facility. You will learn and perform set ups, operate welding and forming equipment, and help maintain quality and safety across the fabrication team. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and some fabrication experience; the role includes rotating assignments such as grinding, press brake, welding, and spot welding as needed.
