About the role

Overview: A nationally recognized rehabilitation program in Schenectady, NY is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist to join a highly respected, multidisciplinary team at a 115-bed acute rehab hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive inpatient and outpatient PM&R while working with cutting-edge rehabilitation technology and teaching opportunities.

Position: Physician Physiatry (PM&R)

Location: Schenectady, NY Practice Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient Rehabilitation Opportunity Highlights

Practice across inpatient and outpatient settings

Provide comprehensive PM&R care (inpatient + outpatient)
Manage complex rehabilitation cases across multiple specialties
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Participate in teaching and training of residents
Utilize advanced rehabilitation technologies
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care Candidate Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in PM&R REQUIRED Active New York License (or eligible) REQUIRED DEA (must obtain prior to start) REQUIRED Clean malpractice history HIGHLY PREFERRED Must disclose visa requirement status (No visa support available) NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) REQUIRED Local candidates within 30 miles cannot be considered Compensation & Benefits Competitive package with strong incentives:
Base Salary: $250,000 $270,000
Up to $50,000 in quality incentives
