Coffee Manager

What you'll do: Lead daily coffee shop operations, including opening/closing procedures, customer experience, product quality, cleanliness, and operational standards. Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and manage performance for baristas and other team members. Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, equipment needs, cash handling, and daily deposits. Monitor sales, labor costs, food/beverage margins, and other key metrics to support profitability and consistent execution. Support the broader retail operation as needed, including POS transactions, customer service, stocking, merchandising, and store cleanliness.

Ideal background: Previous leadership experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, QSR, fast casual, hospitality, or high-volume customer-facing environment. Strong customer service, communication, and team leadership skills. Comfortable managing labor, scheduling, inventory, cost controls, food safety, and daily operational routines. Hands-on leader who can build a positive team culture while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency. Flexible and willing to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and business-needs-based shifts.
