Part-Time Retail Style Associate

About the Role: This is a part-time position of approximately 12 hours per week, typically three 4-hour shifts. Candidates must be available to work at least one Saturday per month. Individual shifts are 4 hour blocks of either 10-2 or 2-6.As a Style Associate, you will:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Help customers find clothing and accessories that fit their personal style
• Provide thoughtful style advice and outfit suggestions
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and visually appealing
• Unpack, process, and merchandise new arrivals
• Maintain organized fitting rooms and sales areas
• Operate our computerized POS system and process sales accurately
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the Blue Star Bazaar team
