Fingerprinting Specialist The Fingerprinting Specialist helps caregivers complete the fingerprinting step of the qualification process so they can move forward toward caring for older adults. This role combines friendly customer service with accurate information handling and attention to required procedures. The ideal team member is patient, dependable, and comfortable helping people through an unfamiliar process. They bring a calm, positive approach to challenging interactions and can help applicants feel heard while keeping the process moving. Paid training is provided to become a certified fingerprinting agent with our vendor partner. How We Support YouWe care about doing things well.
