Overview:
Our reputable health-focused, multi-brand organization develops innovative consumer brands that promote overall well-being. We are seeking a visionary marketer to fill the role of Vice President of Marketing. In this position, you will lead marketing and advertising strategies for our flagship products, including a popular antioxidant beverage, seedless lemons, and mandarin oranges. These offerings support our mission to provide consumers with healthy and beneficial options.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing, growth, and innovation strategies to engage our target audience and expand our market presence.
Lead a team of 7 marketing professionals, guiding creativity and strategic thinking while mentoring and developing talent within a $200MM annual marketing budget.
Collaborate with our in-house Creative Agency and Business Unit leaders to ensure seamless promotion and alignment with company priorities.
Use market trends, consumer research, and data analytics to create compelling narratives that boost brand visibility and drive demand.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure marketing efforts align with the company’s broader objectives and goals.
Launch and oversee seasonal campaigns that align with financial objectives and customer expectations.
Utilize insights from our in-house Research and Insights team to stay updated on consumer trends and identify new product development opportunities.
Travel regularly to Central Valley for collaboration with brand clients and team members.
Qualifications:
Strong track record in scaling and advancing brand and marketing strategies for a globally recognized company, with a focus on consumer retail and e-commerce.
Exceptional leadership, managerial, and coaching skills, with experience in building and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Proficiency in analytics to guide strategy development, budget management, and market trend forecasting.
Experience in developing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Familiarity with big data and predictive analytics tools (e.g., IRI or Nielsen) to generate consumer insights.
Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA preferred.
