Blue Origin in the United States is seeking a Senior Leaves & Accommodations Specialist to join the Benefits Team. You will serve as the primary liaison between employees, managers, HRBP, and our third-party administrator across the full leave lifecycle, from initiation through return to work.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in benefits with deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, STD/LTD, and state programs, plus ERISA, COBRA, ACA.
