To support strategic financial decision-making, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage core planning and forecasting, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain consolidated operating models and rolling P&L and cash forecasts across multiple entities and revenue streams
Own the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, providing analysis of performance, variances, risks, and opportunities
Prepare monthly management reporting and investor materials, translating financial data into actionable insights and recommendations
Required qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a highly analytical finance role
Excellent financial modeling skills, including experience with integrated financial models
Strong business judgment with the ability to derive actionable recommendations from analysis
Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce
Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tools to enhance financial processes
