Direct Support Professional

Job Title: Direct Support Professional - DSP Location: Pennsylvania Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16/hrAbout the Role We're hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals in our residential programs across Pennsylvania. As a DSP, you'll empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive within their communities. This is a direct care role that requires reliability, empathy, and a heart for service.

Required Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or GEDValid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in direct care or behavioral health services Familiarity with I/DD populations and residential care settings
