Drive Growth in a High-Performance Packaging Business We are partnering with a leading packaging and labelling solutions provider that is investing heavily in growth across the United States. As part of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business within the packaging, labels, printing, flexible packaging, cartons, corrugated, or related markets. This is an opportunity to join a well-established organization with a strong reputation, extensive production capabilities, and ambitious growth plans.
The Role: Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, understand customer requirements, and create tailored solutions that deliver value while driving profitable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Generating and converting new business opportunities across the US market
  • Developing relationships with purchasing, procurement, marketing, operations, and supply chain leaders
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closure
  • Building and executing strategic territory and account plans
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver customer-focused packaging and labelling solutions
  • Monitoring market activity, competitor developments, and emerging opportunities
  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and delivering against revenue targets

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven success in business development and new business sales
  • Experience within the packaging, labelling, printing, or converting sectors
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • The ability to engage with decision-makers at multiple levels
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
  • A strategic approach combined with a hands-on sales mentality
  • Willingness to travel as required
