Platform Learning Architect - Chemical Manufacturing Leader

Lilly is seeking a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-specific training for a global manufacturing platform. The role focuses on scaling curriculum across Global/Platform/Site levels, partnering with SMEs and COE to ensure content stays current, compliant, and aligned with manufacturing processes. The LA will contribute to governance, improvements in qualification outcomes, and standardization of on-the-job training across multiple site locations, including Houston.
