Accountant, Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting functions. Analyze financial data and research variances. Prepare financial reports and schedules for management review. Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis. Support audit requests by gathering documentation and preparing schedules. Participate in process improvement initiatives and accounting clean-up projects. Assist with ERP implementations, system conversions, and testing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Collaborate with client management teams and provide project-based accounting support as assigned.

Qualifications: Required ~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ~2+ years of accounting experience. ~ Understanding of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles. ~ Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations. ~ Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis. ~ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience supporting multiple business units or client environments. Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
