Job Details:
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm9 - 10 patients per dayEMG required
- Botox and nerve block skills preferred but not required
- Board certified or board eligible required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal

Charter member of NALTOFrom $200.00 to $275.00 hourly. Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay. Please contact your consultant for details.
