Residential Plumbing Service Technician

Lee Company is seeking a Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our family-oriented team in Franklin, TN. In this field role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including fixtures, water heaters, and piping, while using innovative technology and following strict safety standards. You’ll interact directly with homeowners, explain options, and ensure top-quality workmanship on every call. Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, fixtures, and water heaters Perform installation of plumbing fixtures, piping, and related components per code and company standards Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe, reliable plumbing operation for customers Use mobile technology and work order systems to document work performed, parts used, and recommendations Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, pricing, and preventative maintenance Adhere to all safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA and local code regulations on every job Collaborate with dispatch, supervisors, and teammates to meet schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction goals Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe, and organized condition Participate in ongoing technical and safety training offered by Lee Company to enhance skills Represent Lee Company’s family-oriented, customer-first culture on every service call Residential plumbing diagnostics Plumbing repair and installation Reading blueprints and schematics Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations Water heater installation and service Pipefitting and soldering Use of plumbing power and hand tools Backflow prevention basics Digital work order and mobile app usage Customer communication and service documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state plumbing license or journeyman-level credential preferred EPA or backflow prevention certification a plus Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record OSHA-10 or equivalent safety training preferred
