Position Highlights: Established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manassas, VA 1.0 FTE opportunity with 36 patient-facing hours per week Flexible scheduling with options for a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek Collaborative team of 15+ providers Shared call model among 3 practices with Envera RN triage support, averaging approximately 2-3 weeks annually Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AI Schedule Clinic hours: Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM Providers typically work one extended day each week to support scheduling flexibility. Patient Volume Long day: 24-32 patients Regular day: 20-24 patients Half day: 11-13 patients Ancillary Services LabCorp onsite services at Prince William Medical Center Nurse visits Myriad cancer screening

The base compensation range for this role is $269,452 - $382,525 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
