About the role

Quality Services And Support Provide quality services and support for all missions assigned to a manufacturing or warehouse site while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • (to include but not limited to the following):Client Relationship & Business Development
  • Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria
  • OperationsCheck/inspect manufactured parts or products for defects
  • Read and follow work instructions and general processes
  • Use measuring or testing equipment as needed
  • Ensure products meet quality standards
  • Display excellent customer service
  • Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
  • Organization & Management
  • Collect and record data
  • TechnicalUtilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements
  • OtherAny other duties as assigned

  • Inspection Requirements
  • The inspection team shall perform and document the following checks on 100% of product being shipped:1. Visual Inspection
  • Verify product is free from visible defects.
  • Check for rust, damage, contamination, deformation, surface irregularities, or any condition that would affect fit, form, or function.2. Dimensional VerificationVerify critical dimensions against the latest approved engineering drawing/print.
  • Any parts found outside specification shall be segregated and reported immediately to the supplier3. Identification and Label VerificationVerify all labels are accurate and legible.
  • Confirm part numbers match customer requirements.
  • Verify quantities are correct.4. Skid/Bundle Identification
  • Each skid, bundle, or banded unit must be individually identified.
  • Labels must include at minimum:
Part Number: QuantityAny required or traceability information - ie: Sales Order, etc...
