Sr Change Management Lead

Key Responsibilities: Build and manage the change approach for 10+ GSM transformation initiatives; focus on readiness, adoption, and implementation. Identify key stakeholders, audience groups, and levels of impact; develop engagement plans and address adoption risks. Assess initiative impact on teams, roles, and processes; translate findings into actionable support plans. Define change readiness requirements and adoption support, including communication and clarity needs. Equip leaders with tools, messaging, and materials to reinforce change and support adoption; develop communications, updates, FAQs, and action guides. Establish measures and feedback loops to track readiness, adoption, stakeholder sentiment, and areas requiring adjustment. Maintain awareness and manage coordination across related GSM and business initiatives; identify overlaps, dependencies, and stakeholder risks. Collaborate with GSM and cross-functional stakeholders to align change efforts with goals, pace, and business realities.

Ideal Candidate: Attributes: Proven experience leading change, transformation, or adoption efforts in complex organizations. Skilled in stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, readiness planning, communications, and adoption support. Strong judgment in identifying risks, dependencies, and stakeholder concerns. Able to support leaders with practical tools to guide teams through change. Comfortable building lightweight processes, measures, and feedback loops. Collaborative approach, connecting work across GSM priorities and related initiatives.
