What you'll own Making every arrival feel personal, from a greeting by name to a fresh coffee station Returning every call, voicemail, and email the same business day Keeping our schedule full and every appointment entered right the first time Helping families with payments kindly and clearly, so accounts stay current Getting each new patient consultation ready and building friendships with the dental offices that refer to usThe fun part: running our patient contests, spin-the-wheel prizes, and lobby slideshow

Who you are: You're honest, kind, and respectful with everyone. You notice the little things, like a parent who seems stressed or a patient who just made the team, and you act on them without being asked. You own your mistakes, ask for help early, and jump in when a teammate is buried. Dental experience is a plus, but heart matters more. A background in hospitality or retail is a great fit, and we'll teach you our systems.
