This is a high-ownership operational leadership role responsible for driving projects end to end, from scope and planning through execution and outcomes, while creating clarity, momentum, and accountability across teams. The role is critical to improving delivery quality, reducing strain on current team members, and building the structure needed to scale effectivelyThis is not a traditional project management role centered on task tracking, coordination, timelines, or process administration.
