Schedule:
Week 1: Monday–Sunday | Week 2: Monday–Friday We are seeking an experienced and skilled Working Concrete Foreman to join our team. This position requires a hands-on leader who excels in managing all aspects of commercial concrete work while ensuring high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of commercial concrete work effectively and efficiently. Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications with proficiency. Supervise and lead a team to complete high-quality projects on time and within scope. Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing duties when necessary. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and owners. Ensure projects are completed in an organized and productive manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman. Willingness to travel throughout Texas. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).Reliable transportation.#MEM-AUS
