The resident responsibilities are outlined belowKeyResponsibilities: Day to day operational activities/tasksReview backup processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance, user and backup policies) to identify area of improvementIdentity and monitor any capacity issuesAssist with setting Networker policies for VM backupsGeneral troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areasCyber VaultMonitor daily operations of the cyber vaultManage capacity and performance of replication jobsReview backup set reports, CyberSense reporting and the stages of Cyber Sense analysis (indexing, segments, etc.)Assist with Mtree replications (when needed) Note that the customer will be implementing a Clean Room and once complete the customer will need assist with day to day operationsRequirements: Must have skillsData DomainNetworkerCyber SenseCyber Recovery
