Location: Pasadena, TX 77507 Duration: 0-12 months Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr

Job Duties: Assembling valves from components Calibrating valves Stainless steel tubing installation and bending Reading technical drawings and assembly documentation Pressure testing and hydro testing (preferred but not required)Troubleshooting and repair of valve components Disassembling and assembling Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs)Lapping valve seats and discs Calibrating set pressures Performing seat leakage and set pressure testing Understanding API standards and pressure relief valve operation Control valve assembly and repair Stainless steel tubing installation and bending Actuator and positioner setup Hydro testing and pressure testing Valve calibration and troubleshooting Reading P&IDs and assembly drawings Becker valve assembly Stainless steel tubing fabrication and installation Leak testing and troubleshooting Mechanical assembly and repair Qualifications 2+ years of valve assembly experience. Experience with stainless steel tubing installation and bending. Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting experience. Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly instructions. Mechanical Aptitude – Strong understanding of valve components, assembly techniques, and repair processes. Quality-Focused Mindset – Commitment to precision and compliance with testing and calibration standards. Safety Awareness – Consistently follows procedures when working with pressurized equipment and critical safety devices.
