As a Concrete Manufacturing Associate on our Concrete Operations team, you'll learn multiple areas of production and step in where your skills are needed most. From prepping and finishing products to kitting and working with concrete, you'll play an important part in creating high-quality products built for communities to enjoy. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new skills, working with their hands, and being part of a team. We'll cross-train you in multiple areas so you can grow your knowledge and make an impact throughout the production process.

The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
