Overview: Salary Range $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly
Description:
- Greenhouse/Packhouse Operator (Labeler) and RunnerAreas of Responsibility: Tier 1Start up and shutdown of Denester, Scales, Tray Sealer, Metal Detector, Check Weigher, and Labeler.
- Basic troubleshooting of all unit ops incorporated in the packaging line
- Accurate completion of all Operator GFSI tasks and documentation.
- Provides directions to production assistants working on the Multivac line.
- Minimize downtime during breakdowns and changeovers.
- Track line KPI's (Startup time, Ramp up time, Quality Rejects, etc.)Change film, labels, and ribbons.
- Stock Raw Materials after shutdown and as needed to complete production.
- Basic sanitation tasks, as needed, to keep equipment clean and operational.
- Basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Communicate clearly and operate lines with a sense of urgency.
- Capable of fulfilling role of a Tier 1 Packer/Sorter.
- Additional duties as assigned.
