Senior Real Estate Manager

Job Description: Manage lease negotiations and renewals for retail properties. Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize real estate agreements. Analyze market trends to identify potential retail locations. Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and brokers. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all real estate transactions. Prepare detailed reports on property performance and lease obligations. Support the strategic planning of store expansions or relocations. Address and resolve real estate-related disputes or issues.
