Analytics Engineering Lead - Data Strategy & Growth

Nourish, Inc. is building a high-growth, AI-native digital health platform based in New York. We are seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team of analytics engineers, define the analytics roadmap, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product to enable trusted data-driven decisions. You will own end-to-end analytics, build scalable data foundations, and drive evidence-based outcomes across supply, demand, marketing, and operations. NYC-based team with 2–3 days in office is preferred.
