Supportive team culture with mentorship program starting day 1Work outdoors and see real results every day Day in the Life: Work individually or with a crew to provide services to all properties on assigned route Using hand and powered equipment, apply fertilizer, fungicides, herbicides, and aeration and seeding for pest and weed control in lawns Diagnose lawn issues and recommend solutions Build relationships with customers and identify service needs Sell additional services to existing and prospective customers Keep properties clean, safe, and looking their best Maintain accurate service records and equipment Assist with training new service leaders
