Behavioral Health Technician AbaPosition at Clarvida - Pennsylvania Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician ABA Location: Greene County Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $22/ hour About the Role Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full-time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age-appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, you'll follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. You'll work directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery-oriented care. Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services Provide parent training and caregiver support Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress
