About the role
Recruiter Position Buscamos un Recruiter para unirse a nuestro equipo de Freelancers Externos y apoyar en el proceso de adquisición de talento. Será responsable de realizar entrevistas preliminares y gestionar la base de datos de candidatos.
Responsibilities:
Active candidate search: Utilize diverse strategies and platforms to identify and attract talent.
Interviews and candidate evaluation: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess experience and skills.
Management of candidate database: Maintain and update information on current and potential candidates for future opportunities.
Requirements:
More than 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
Knowledge of ATS (desirable).Experience recruiting through LinkedIn.
Effective communication skills and ability to evaluate candidates.
Knowledge of talent search tools and employment platforms.
About the Position:
Modality: Freelance, 100% Remote. Subject to result.
