Director of Finance

Sky Water Search Partners is partnering with a growing, PE-backed manufacturing company on a newly created Director of Finance opportunity. Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will lead FP&A and help continue to build out the function as the company grows. This is a highly visible role with exposure to the executive leadership team and private equity sponsor. They are looking for someone who can dig into the numbers, understand what is happening across the business and communicate the story behind the results. This person needs to be comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, from building models and working through detailed analysis to presenting to senior leadership.
