Incident Recovery Analyst

Overview: Join a premier financial services organization as a Recovery Engineer / Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis. You'll help resolve high-severity production incidents and improve operational resilience, partnering with senior engineers across application, infrastructure, and cloud teams.

Required Skills: Experience in production support, NOC, SRE, Dev Ops, or application support. Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to diagnose incidents. Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Skills: Observability tools (APM, logging, dashboards).Scripting experience (Power Shell, Python, Bash).Runbook/SOP creation and root cause analysis (RCA).

Preferred Education and Experience: Hands-on production support or SRE experience with exposure to cloud environments and observability tools.
