Key Responsibilities: Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing as needed Empty and clean trash receptacles; collect and sort recyclables Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in restrooms Service and maintain custodial equipment Perform minor repairs to buildings, furniture, and equipment Identify and report safety, sanitary, and fire hazardsLock/unlock doors, windows, and gates as needed Keep grounds areas clean and orderlyQualifications: High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious custodial or groundskeeping experience preferred Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 poundsPhysically able to bend, squat, kneel, twist, and climb ladders Familiar with custodial tools, techniques, materials, and equipment careComfortable working from heights or elevated surfaces when needed.
