Head of Security & Guest Safety, Luxury Resort

Bluejack National is seeking a Security Leader to develop and oversee comprehensive security and safety programs for a luxury resort community. The role leads the security team, conducts regular patrols, and coordinates with law enforcement as needed to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. The position is full-time and exempt, requiring 40 hours per week including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
