Engineering Manager - Precast Design & Project Leadership

County Prestress, a part of the County Materials Family of Companies, is seeking an Engineering Manager in Westmont, IL. You will lead the engineering team, drive project planning and coordination with Design, Project Management, Sales, Estimating, and other stakeholders, and ensure adherence to company standards. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of precast prestressed concrete design experience, 3+ years of related management, and a PE license in IL/WI/IN or ability to obtain; MS preferred.
