Driver Pay Rates: First year drivers earn $85,670 per year, with yearly increases based on tenure! NEWLY INCREASED Monday - Friday daily pay: $329.50 (includes pre/post-trip) Winter "Chip Out" (November 1st - February 28th): $20 for each instance Daily minimum pay when in training Orientation
Pay: $600 (upon completion of orientation)
