Medicare Outreach Lead for Community Growth

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to build relationships with Medicare seniors and engage them as potential patients. You’ll work with Outreach Managers and Directors to drive local patient growth, using events, community outreach, and CRM tools. Strong communication, multitasking, and language skills are valued, with a full-time, on-site role in the community. 40 hours per week, base pay range $18.50–$35.29 per hour, with potential bonuses and benefits.
