Machine Mechanic We are looking for an experienced Machine Mechanic to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant machinery and production equipment. This position will help keep equipment running safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain production machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical problems and equipment breakdowns Perform preventative maintenance Replace bearings, belts, chains, motors, pumps, and other components Use hand and power tools to complete repairs Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and safety issues Assist with equipment installation and setup Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep maintenance areas and tools clean and organized
Requirements:
Previous experience as a machine mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or similar role Mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and manuals Strong knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Based on experience
