Senior Full Stack Engineer Senior Full Stack Engineer Company: BHO Tech Location: Bay Area (Hybrid)
Compensation: $170K–$230K + bonus + equity (DOE)

We work with founders and engineering leads who move fast, ship product, and value strong ownership. Role We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can own features end-to-end — from backend logic and APIs to polished front-end experiences. You'll work closely with product and engineering leadership to ship quickly and iterate fast.
What You'll Do:
- Design and build new product features end-to-end
- Work across backend APIs, frontend UI, and databases
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Collaborate with product to scope and deliver features quickly
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScriptHands-on with React (or Vue/Next.js)
- Experience building backend services in Node, Python, or GoKnowledge of REST / GraphQL APIs and databases
- Comfortable moving fast in a startup environment
- Experience with Postgres / Redis / message queues
- Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes / AWS / GCP0?1 or early-stage startup experience
