Minimum Requirements: At least five years leadership experience Detailed Selection Criteria: Developing and Building Teams - Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members as well as effectively managing and resolving conflict as needed. Coaching and Developing Others -Identifying the strengths and developmental needs of others to include coaching, mentoring, teaching, training, or otherwise helping others to improve their skills to work effectively. Business Acumen- General business knowledge and an understanding of how Nucor makes money. Administration and Management- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership technique, production methods, recruiting, and coordination of people and resources. Preferences: Four year technical degree or equivalent experience Leadership experience with EAF and Casting
