Director, Outpatient Services & Clinical Excellence

Cottonwood Tucson seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to oversee daily operations of the outpatient department, oversee psychosocial assessments, groups, family therapies and treatment planning. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure safe, effective clinical practices aligned with regulatory standards. The role requires a Master’s in a clinical field and several years of substance use disorder treatment leadership, with strong supervisory and program development skills.
