Leading finance support across multiple Electrical Power Transmission project portfolios, the full-time remote Portfolio Projects Finance Leader will drive portfolio profitability, cash flow generation, and financial visibility while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the finance leader across multiple Electrical Power Transmission project portfolios in the NAM region
Drive portfolio profitability, margin performance, cash generation, and working capital improvement
Lead portfolio-level financial reviews, including forecasting, budgeting, risk assessments, and action planning
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a closely related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project finance, operations finance, or business finance leadership
Strong understanding of project-based financial management, including profitability and cash flow
Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex project or portfolio environments
Proven ability to influence and partner across cross-functional teams in a matrixed operating environment
