About the role

General Manager Run a store that runs on purpose. As a General Manager you lead a team of 10–20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality — backed by an operator group with real systems (daily checklists, automated ordering and scheduling support, weekly scorecards).We're the largest nutritional smoothie brand in the nation, 1,300+ stores strong, and we grow our best managers into multi-store leaders.
What You'll Do:
  • Hire, train, and develop your team
  • Lead shifts from the floor; model Guest-first service
  • Run smoothie and Power Eats food operations to brand standard
  • Manage labor %, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and food safety
  • Grow sales through local marketing and community presence
